Preschool Summer Series – Keeping Water Safe and Clean

Join Waterworks Museum education staff live at the museum to learn how water is kept safe and clean. First, we will read “Cutie Sue Fights the Germs.” Then we will compare the tools we use to fight germs in our own homes to the tools the waterworks uses to fight germs in the water system. We will then decorate our own “Chlorine Shields.” Finally, we will play a game where we use various tools – including our shields – to “fight the germs” and keep our water system safe and clean. This program is recommended for ages 3-6 and is free of charge, suggested donation $5. Face coverings are recommended but not required. Help us plan by reserving your free tickets in advance.
