Preschool Summer Series – What’s an Engineer?

August 11, 2022

10:00 am–10:45 am

Join the Metropolitan Waterworks Museum’s education staff to learn what it takes to be an engineer! First, we will read “Rosie Revere, Engineer.” Then, we will learn about some simple machines by exploring the museum’s Great Engines Hall. Finally, we will create our own simple machines. This program is recommended for ages 3-6 and is free of charge, suggested donation $5. Face coverings are recommended but not required. Help us plan by reserving your free tickets in advance.
